Build the Financial Foundation
You’ll work one-on-one with a moving industry CFO to clean up your financials, build an annual budget, create a cash flow forecast, and begin to receive monthly financial statements specifically to your company and the Mastermind. Led by Erick Hartler and his team at ProMover Accounting, this becomes the shared financial framework we use to measure progress and success within the group.
Meet Quarterly
The group meets virtually for two consecutive days each quarter. These sessions are focused, structured, and execution-driven. We’ll review real operations, real numbers, and real decisions.
Dive into Operations
During the virtual sessions, the group conducts a full operational review of two member companies (with rotations so every company is reviewed every 4–5 quarters). Led by Tim Kropp, this includes sales systems, operations, and management teams, as well as reviews of CRM and sales data. This is where the group digs into targeted questions to uncover operational bottlenecks and opportunities.
